The Gold Dragon in Dragon Story is an ultra rare dragon that was released on August 2012 for their start of a Diamond-hybrid type of dragons.
This Gold Dragon is a mixture of Diamond and Air Which makes this dragon one of the most highly sought after dragons in Dragon Story. If you were lucky enough to have a Diamond Dragon then you can breed a Gold Dragon using your precious Diamond Dragon. The breeding time is also 44 hours or two days so keep an eye out for the Gold Dragon as he will surely pop-up in your Dragon Story Isle if you have a Diamond Dragon.
Gold Dragon Breeding Combination
To breed the Gold Dragon you must use a Diamond Dragon with a Air Dragon or a Air Type Dragon that are at least level 4. Once you have bYellow these two together you will get a chance at getting the Gold Dragon. The Gold Dragon is 44 Hours just like the Diamond Dragon which is 2 days.
You will not always get the Gold Dragon even if you use a Diamond Dragon and a Air Dragon. You must continue to breed until successful. Please note that breeding the left or right of the dragon does not matter and the level of the dragon also does not matter.

I’ve got a Golden Ticket on my island! Actually Dragon egg. Used Epic lvl Diamond (Left) Epic lvl Air (Right). It took 8 tries, and I do not know if this is relevant BUT it was about 1:28 p.m. EST time- the description says something about morning so I figured as long as it was still morning in California it would work. 3 hour difference so that’s- 10:28 a.m. west coast. I honestly feel (gut feeling) it should be morning on the west coast but who knows that is- for it to happen so quick maybe it had something to do with it.

I have been trying to get the Gold Dragon for THREE WEEKS! I have epic-level Diamond and Air Dragons and I still just get an Air Dragon Egg every single time! Could there possibly be a glitch in my game or something? I'm about ready to give up! Ugh!
